Schedule a free 15-minute discvoery call so I can learn about your project.

I’d like to see the space in person, if possible. If you live outside of the Branson, Missouri, area, you might send me the passcode or arrange another way for me to enter the property.
I will evaluate the space, take measurements, and take pictures from different angles. I’ll begin planning the optimal use of the property for short-term rental use.
One of the most important things I do is planning the interior design process. Based on my assessment, I create and organize the entire list of tasks that must be done to meet your goals. You’ll know which step comes first, second, and so on.

Step 3: Design PhaseList Item 3
Then I go back to my office and create a detailed plan for you.
I research styles and trends that meet your expectations. I also conduct product-sourcing research to find the best items to decorate your space and stay within your budget.
Design Report
I create a Design Report, just for you, including:
- Color pallets and paint selections
- Style and thematic direction
- Ideal furniture placement
- Examples of furniture, curtains, rugs, artwork, and accessories
- Product sourcing and shopping research

Step 4: Sourcing PhaseList Item 4
I will source all the furniture, artwork, and decor needed to set up your short term rental. I will handle shipments and coordinate furniutre delivery, acting as the overall project manager, so you don't have to.

If you are out of state, or simply don't have time to set up your short term rental, I offer full service set up. I recieve all furniture and coordinate placement. I can hang artwork, curtains, and intall all essentials items needed for launch.
